The PADI eLearning takes approx. 15 hours to complete

5 Star Divers offers complete diving courses for all students looking to get their diving certification. Whether you’d like to become certified for the first time or your certification has just expired, the certified PADI instructors at 5 Star Divers are prepared to assist you with whatever diving certifications you need.

The process starts with an online registration and completion of the online classroom course. After the online requirements have been met, our PADI instructors take students to our personal swimming pools for confined diving instruction, followed by the final step in our certification courses which consists of open water dives.

PADI Open Water Course

Includes:

  • PADI eLearning
  • Confined Water Dives
  • 4 Open water dives
  • Ages 12 on up

PADI Advance Open Water Diver:

Prerequisites: PADI Open Water Diver Certification or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Introduction in Deep, and Navigation

Select three electives:

  • Boat Diving
  • Drift Diving
  • Dry Suit Diving
  • Multilevel Diving

PADI Rescue Diver:

PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive may enroll in a Rescue Diver course. You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course. Your instructor may also offer the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty diver course at the same time.

What Will You Learn?
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.

PADI Master Scuba Diver:

  • Become an accomplished diver with 5 specialty ratings

PADI Assistant Instructor Program

  • The Assistant Instructor is qualified to teach portions of diver training with an Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity for one to prepare for an IDC (Instructor Development Course). AI's can certify divers in Medic First Aid, Equipment Specialty, Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty, DAN Oxygen Provider, and may independently conduct PADI Discover Scuba
